Business Partnerships
We at East Gate Alliance believe that partnership is simply good business. That core belief underlies everything we do on a day-to-day basis, from our collaborative style and work ethic to the close relationships we strive to build with our employees, investors, third party service providers, tenants, lenders and real estate brokers. Much of our historic success is attributable to having assembled a team of highly detail-oriented individuals who respect transparency and believe in solid corporate governance policies. We believe the most successful opportunities are created by strong relationships coupled with a mutually shared drive for tangible results amongst all of our business partnerships, some of which are highlighted below.
Rock Point Holdings
Founded by the Metz family, Rock Point Holdings is a CRE-centric single-family office based in New Jersey that, much like East Gate Alliance, focuses primarily on value-add retail commercial real estate investing. Dan Metz, Principal of Rock Point Holdings, and Aaron Feiler, Principal of East Gate Alliance, met one another in 2015 through the normal course of business and networking. Dan and Aaron quickly realized that they had similar theses on investing in CRE and they rapidly developed a strong business relationship whereby the two have collaborated on numerous commercial real estate investments in recent years.


L & L Property Enterprises
L & L Property Enterprises is a family-owned general contracting firm founded in 2005. Its focus is on commercial construction in the New Jersey and New York marketplace, and it specializes in providing its clients with seamless full-service construction and management services rooted in its ability to self-perform many of the necessary roles required to bring a project to completion. The company’s owners, Vick and Kristen Sarkaria, first met Aaron Feiler back in 2012 and they quickly became close business partners working on projects such as the redevelopment of a vacant Dunkin Donuts into a 7-Eleven convenience store in Bradley Beach, NJ and the rehab of a dual medical office building property in Union NJ named Galloping Hill, which was a deep value-add project purchased by East Gate Alliance in late 2015. Over the ensuing years, Aaron and Vick have worked together on a number of value-add CRE projects.
